The Biggest Halloween Crawl in the Southeast is BACK and will be better than ever.  We are planning to have 20+ bars involved throughout Uptown Charlotte and lined up great drink specials and at each of the bars. The crawl time from start to finish (including check-in) will be from 1pm-10pm.  Cost varies from $10-$25 and includes drink specials, event koozie, giveaways, and costume contest.

How does it work?

You must attend check-in on event day, or have someone check-in for you between 1pm-3pm at the Pub Crawl Party Lot (300 N. Brevard).  At check-in you will get your pub crawl wristband, event koozie, and itinerary for the crawl. You may check-in for others that cannot be there by 3:00pm if you have their ticket from a prepay event or confirmation email with QR Code (preferred) or number (SMITH-12345) from their online purchase.  The crawl starts at check-in as there will be DJ’s, food trucks, and booze for sale, so come ready to party!!!

If I bought a ticket at a prepay event, do I still need to check-in?

YES!  See above in all the items you will need for the day (wristband & itinerary).  Again you can have a friend get this for you if you cannot make it by 3:00pm.

I never received a confirmation email from my online purchase?

You may have typed your email address incorrectly, or it may be in your spam folder.  If it’s not in your spam folder, use the link here… scroll to the bottom and resend it to yourself!!

What time does it start?

You can check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm on the day of the event. Event check-in will be at 300 N Brevard Street at the Pub Crawl Party Lot. This is the only location that can house everyone in one place and is a great place to get your crawl started.

What time does it end?

Technically we hit our last bars from 9:00pm-10:00pm.

How much does it cost?

$10 (Sept. 1  – Sept. 26) 
$15 (Sept. 27 – Oct. 17)
$20 (Oct. 18 – Oct. 26) 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit Card or Cash

Can a friend pick up "stuff" at check-in?

YES! You can have a friend pick everything you’ll need for the day. They will you’re your confirmation email with QR Code (preferred and quicker) or print out with confirmation code (Ex: Smith-12345).

What is included?

Access to all participating bars for free, event koozie, drink specials, and being part of the Biggest Halloween Crawl in the Southeast!!!

Does this year include the Gravediggers Ball?

Not with the general pub crawl ticket, however, we are partnering with Gravedigger’s Ball and offering a discounted Pub Crawl/Gravedigger’s Combo ticket which will save you $5 off buying both separately!
