Charlotte’s Original and Biggest Halloween Crawl
is BACK on Saturday, October 28th and better than ever. We are planning to have 25+ locations involved throughout Uptown Charlotte and lined up great drink specials at each of the bars. Cost varies from $10-$25 (pending when you purchase tickets) and includes drink specials, event koozie, giveaways, fun swag, costume contest, and automatically enters you into a raffle to win some amazing prizes. As usual, a portion of the proceeds will benefit our local charity partner which will be Carolina Breast Friends once again this year. 

Check In : 1:00pm-3:30pm in the Pub Crawl Party Lot (419 E. 7th Street). If you cannot make check-in, you may have a friend pick up your event wristband, koozie, etc. Refunds will be given up until 72 hours prior to the event.

FAQ's

How does it work?

You must attend check-in on event day, or have someone check-in for you between 1:00pm-3:30pm at the Pub Crawl Party Lot (419 E. 7th Street). At check-in you will get your pub crawl wristband, event koozie, and itinerary for the crawl. You may check-in for others that cannot be there by 3:30pm if you have their ticket with QR code, confirmation email, or order number.  The crawl starts at check-in as there will be DJ’s, food trucks, and booze for sale, so come ready to party!!!

What time does it start?

You can check-in between 1:00pm-3:30pm on the day of the event. Event check-in will be at the Pub Crawl Party Lot (419 E. 7th Street). This is the only location that can house everyone in one place and is a great place to get your crawl started. If you cannot make check-in, you may have a friend pick up your wristband, koozie, etc.

Can a friend pick up my stuff at check-in?

YES! You can have a friend pick everything you’ll need for the day. They will need your confirmation email with QR code, confirmation email, or order number.

What time does it end?

Our last group of bars will be from 8:00-9:30, and most bars will honor the wristbands past that time.

How much does it cost?

$10-$25 depending on when purchased! The earlier you buy the cheaper the deal!

Credit/Debit Card or Cash

What is included?

Access to all participating bars, event koozie, drink specials, costume contest, some fun free swag, entry into our raffle, and being part of the Charlotte’s ORIGINAL and BIGGEST Halloween Pub Crawl.

Additionally a portion of proceeds will go to local charity Carolina Breast Friends.

What if I need to cancel?
You must cancel 72 hours PRIOR to event in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be given until Wednesday, October 25th at 5:00pm.

What are the specials?

*Red Bull & New Amsterdam will be featured at some locations
